Head of Retail Strategy Day, new for 2024

We are excited to announce something new from the CRA for 2024 – the Head of Retail Strategy Day.  

A day full of learning and networking exclusively for Heads of Retail (or equivalent roles) to come together and hear more about strategic thinking for charity retail. We’re delighted to have three charity retail members on the programme to share their insight and expertise in this area; winner of our 2024 Leadership award Katie Stuart-Cox, Head of Retail at Helen & Douglas House will be sharing her insights; Cancer Research UK will be running a workshop on developing a strategic plan for charity retail and our final keynote will be delivered by Sarah Heaney, Head of Retail Central for the Salvation Army Trading Company, who were our 2024 Outstanding Charity Retail winners.

We’re delighted to have 9 corporate partners supporting the event and showcasing their services in our catering and exhibition area. They will be around throughout the event to chat and share ideas:
