As National Inclusion Week commences, our new Corporate Member, The Diversity Trust, has offered us this inclusive leadership podcast to share, featuring Dr Howard P Haughton. His research covers leadership, corporate governance and diversity and inclusion.
He has developed a framework for achieving inclusive leadership, maintaining wellbeing, and empowering staff.
