In the new year our membership benefits package will include access to an Employment Law / HR and Health & Safety Advisory Service.
The CRA has partnered with WorkNest, the Employment Law, HR and Health & Safety specialists, to give you access to advice, guidance and reassurance on all your people management and compliance challenges.
What can I get advice on?
WorkNest’s team of qualified advisers are on hand to talk through any employee or risk management issue and will work with you to identify the best way forward, whilst being mindful of any legal risks.
The Advisory Service can be utilised for practical guidance on a full spectrum of matters, including current employer challenges such as returns to work, absenteeism, vaccination and testing, home/hybrid working, risk assessment, policies and procedures, and contractual T&Cs.
How can I access advice?
The Advisory Service will be available from 10 January 2022. The service is limited to three cases per annum per member. A case is a single matter, e.g. a disciplinary, and may require several emails and phone calls.
What else is included?
In addition to free Advisory Service support, this new membership benefit will give you access to:
- Online Knowledge Hub resources, including template policies, letters, risk assessments and checklists;
- Webinars on topical matters, tricky issues and need-to-know legal and regulatory updates; and
- Articles, newsletters and guides to keep you informed and up to date.
