A record number of nominations have been received for the 2018 Charity Retail Awards, to be held in Nottingham on 25 June as part of the Charity Retail Association’s Conference and Exhibition.
Charities across the UK have entered, with the chance to win 15 awards across 13 categories. The event celebrates the rich talent within the charity retail sector and this year is no exception.
This year, charity retail solutions provider Nisyst is partnering with the Charity Retail Association as title sponsor. The awards will be hosted by Stuart Goldsmith, an internationally renowned comedian, writer, and podcaster.
Charity Retail Association CEO, Robin Osterley, said: “I am delighted with the response to the Charity Retail Awards. Nominations have now increased for the third successive year, despite fewer award categories in 2018. This underlines the growing popularity of the only awards night dedicated to the sector.”
Nominations will now be assessed by a panel of judges with a short list for each award announced next month. Conference tickets, which includes the Awards dinner, are on sale now.
