Delivered in partnership with Nisyst, the course will show delegates how any charity shop in the UK can effectively implement and operate a Retail Gift Aid scheme. The day will cover compliance, keeping HMRC happy, developing and maintaining a robust admin system, managing declaration forms, ensuring staff/volunteers are property trained, and rounding up with a Q&A session where you can receive guidance on issues specific to your charity.
