The Charity Retail Association is deeply committed to workplace wellbeing in retail and we believe in the human and business benefits of a happy, engaged workforce helping the sector to flourish.
Our CEO, Robin Osterley, has joined the steering committee of a new philanthropic-based initiative called the ‘Wellbeing in Retail Project’.
This project, run by Oakwood Training, looks for opportunities to shape the future of workplace wellbeing for the benefit of the retail sector and the quarter of a million or so people working or volunteering within it.
The project kicks off with a survey to understand where we are today and where we need to get to, and we are now seeking your help to participate in the survey.
The survey should take less than 3 minutes to complete and is completely anonymized.
