Returning to the workplace – Workspace/Headspace staff survey
Cybertill created a Workspace/Headspace internal staff survey. The survey was shared with staff to get an understanding of what their headspace was like in terms of returning to the workspace after an extended period of working from home.

The survey covered lots of wellbeing topics including the flexibility of work at present and views on what the future should look like, how the current work situation has changed how staff spend time with families (positively or negatively) and how working at home has impacted them, their wellbeing and their effectiveness at work. The information obtained will impact working practices going forward so that Cybertill can deliver the best options to staff and customers.
