Retail Gift Aid

All charity retailers know how valuable Retail Gift Aid is to their profit margin. This one-day course aims to show you how any charity shop in the UK can effectively implement and operate the Retail Gift Aid scheme. Book online via the links below.

Customer Service

Good customer service is a key pillar for a charity’s reputation, bringing wider community benefits and is vital for the long-term survival of a store. New to our training roster, the course deals with the key elements of customer service and how you can develop a positive service culture within your shop.

Managing Shop Volunteers

Continual volunteer recruitment can be a costly and time-consuming experience. This course provides training on how to manage volunteers and reduce volunteer turnover in their shop.

The course comprises of two sessions running across two consecutive days.
