Delegate pricing structure announced

Charity member full 2-day delegate: £335 + VAT
On-site, in-person ticket for both Wednesday 26 and Thursday 27 June, plus entry for our awards gala dinner on Wednesday evening. Accommodation is not included.

Charity member Wednesday only day ticket: £195 + VAT
On-site, in-person ticket for Wednesday 26 June only daytime only. Entry to the evening gala dinner is not included.

There is a £15 reduction on last year‘s 2-day charity member ticket price. This is because, although the venue has increased prices for 2024, we’ve obtained a discount due to issues with the gala dinner last year. By careful management of other costs we have implemented this price reduction for our members for 2024 – which we hope you’ll agree is fantastic news! It is likely this will only apply for 2024 and a normal service will resume pricing-wise in 2025.

Watch this space for news on when booking will open.

Conference bursaries

There will be bursaries available for conference delegates from charities with 5 or fewer shop and who have never attended conference before. This year generously sponsored by Kudos Software. More information in the coming weeks. Watch this space.

What you need to know

Duration: Focus sessions will once again be 55 minutes long, which we advise is roughly split into 40 minutes of content, 15 minutes of Q&A (or 55 minutes as a discussion group).

Content: Your idea submission should focus on the following:

  1. What is your session idea?
  2. Who is it for?
  3. What will they get from it?

The theme for conference 2024 is Retail Voices for a Changing World. You should try to tie your session into this theme. We’re looking for speakers on all aspects of charity retail including volunteering, business intelligence, technology implementation, going back to basics, recruiting the right people.

How to apply

Download and complete our speaker information form and email it back to Julia Edwards: julia@charityretail.org.uk by 5pm, Friday 26 January 2024.
