Our Quarterly Market Analysis benchmarking reports cover sales, Gift Aid, transactions, shop numbers, factors affecting income, shop collection prices, and more! They allow you to benchmark your performance against similar sized charities.

This research is critical to supporting our lobbying and media work on behalf of the charity retail sector. However, we can only produce these member-exclusive reports thanks to our members’ participation filling in the surveys that inform the reports.

The more survey participants, the stronger the data, and the more influence we have to help you – our members.
