Charity Retail Association’s Annual General Meeting 2023

21 November, 10am – 3.30pm, Hilton Leeds City

Our first in-person AGM since 2019 took place in Leeds on 21 November. Over 30 charities and 10 exhibitors joined us for a day of networking, thought-provoking sessions and insightful discussions.

Chief Executive, Robin Osterley, held a workshop on the next 3 years for the CRA, a fantastic chance for the charities in the room to guide and influence our future.

Nat Kidd from Acorns Children’s Hospice discussed retail strategy, Jeremy Hughes from Better Communities joined us to speak about The Big Help Out 2024, and Tracey Robbins from Eden Project Communities talked about opportunities to connect with local communities and volunteers.
