Job Description

The role of Retail Support Manager involves actively running our shops in the absence of our Shop Managers. The role requires managing the day-to-day operation of the shop including managing a team of volunteers, ensuring accurate accounting and handling of assets, delivering high standards of customer service, and adhering to all charity policies and procedures. You will lead by example and ensure that volunteers, supporters, donors, and customers understand how their contributions are making a difference to the lives of people in Yorkshire and beyond.

You will need to be committed to creating a welcoming professional atmosphere and demonstrating the values of Yorkshire Cancer Research. You will also be a passionate and enthusiastic ambassador for the charity and its work.

• Based: Yorkshire region, depending on the role holder’s geographic location we can agree which of our Retail locations will be covered.
