This portal offers a wealth of digital resources to support the emotional, physical, vocational and financial wellbeing needs of you, your retail colleagues, your volunteers and their families as and when is necessary, so please cascade the message that this resource is available.

This member benefit brings wellbeing resources within easy reach of those that need it. Content is updated and added to regularly. You can personalise your profile to your wellbeing needs. It is confidential and designed to be discreet for those seeking guidance and support.

If your charity is currently unable to provide an Employee Assistance Programme – and/or your workforce assistance programme doesn’t currently extend to volunteers – then this CRA member benefit is here for your retail operation’s people.

1. Are you a member of the Charity Retail Association?
