The CRA has funded access for our members to acquire expertly curated wellbeing resources via the Retail Trust. Their website includes a wealth of digital resources to support the emotional, physical, vocational and financial wellbeing needs of you and your retail colleagues as and when is necessary, so please cascade the message that this resource is available.

This member benefit brings wellbeing resources within easy reach of those that need it. Content is updated and added to regularly. You can personalise your profile to your wellbeing needs. It is confidential and designed to be discreet for those seeking guidance and support.

Retail Trust
Retail Trust is the trade charity for the 4.5 million people working in retail and the supporting service industries. The Trust has been improving the wellbeing of retail employees and their families since 1832. They support individuals throughout their lives, from getting into retail all the way through to retirement.

How to access
Free access via the Charity Retail Association is only open to our members.

Please note access to the Retail Trust 24/7 telephone helpline is not available to CRA members as part of the online offer.

1. Are you a member of the Charity Retail Association?
If so, please acknowledge the following statement:
I understand that the Charity Retail Association are funding access to myrTwellbeing and the related costs are met based on information I give confirming my CRA membership.

3. Register: Create an account with a username and email address, and input ‘Charity Retail Association Member’ as your “employer”
