Online / eBay Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description

North London Hospice is looking for a proactive Assistant Online / Ebay Sales Manager who can assist with enhancing and developing our online sales.

The Hospice exists to enable the best of life, at the end of life, for everyone. We work together with our diverse community to provide palliative care and support, when and where it’s needed most. We provide tailored, personalised care for more than 3,000 people a year who are living with a life-limiting illness in Barnet, Enfield, and Haringey.

In this role, you will help to establish and develop policies and procedures to deliver high customer service standards and work closely with the Online / Ebay Sales Manager to ensure effective day to day running of the business. You will contribute to all future development of online sales including the ongoing procurement of quality donations from the shops network.

You will ideally have retail experience including experience of eBay and Amazon selling and buying. You will have the ability to work independently on own initiative and in a team environment, and be comfortable providing excellent customer care. Good organisation skills is key along with a good standard of education including numeracy and IT skills.
