Retail Development Manager

Job Description

We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to lead our retail operation. We are looking for a truly exceptional candidate who has a passion for retail and local Hospice care.

You will be responsible for shaping, developing and delivering a retail strategy that maximises income and profit sustainability for Springhill’s retail operation and identifying new initiatives and opportunities to generate income from new sources.

You will manage our network of eight shops as well as our e-commerce and new goods operations, leading a team of around 20 staff and a team of dedicated volunteers.

37.5 hours per week
Monday – Friday with some occasional weekend work

This position sits within Springhill Hospice (Services) Limited, the trading subsidiary of Springhill Hospice.
