Team Leader (Brentwood General)

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our thriving Charity shop team in Brentwood.

As the Team Leader you will need to demonstrate excellent customer service and support the Area Manager to deliver this.

Job summary

To oversee the day-to-day running of the Charity Store, meeting agreed sales targets, and generally contributing to the overall profit and performance of the shop. Working with your Shop Area Manager to optimise profit and sales.

Ensuring the shop is safe to work in and trade all at times, reporting any incidents in a timely manner.

This role is a key contributor to raising awareness within the local community of the Hospice’s services and campaigns.

Although primarily based in the ‘home’ store, the Team Leader will on occasion work across all Saint Francis Hospice stores providing holiday and other cover and Saint Francis Hospice reserves the right to request both temporary and/or permanent changes of base to support the needs of the business.
