Free webinar: Charity retail mentoring

This event will take place on Tuesday 24 August 2021, 10.30 – 11.30am on Zoom.

Chaired by the CRA’s Chief Executive and experienced mentor Robin Osterley, this panel session will give you valuable insights into mentoring from the mentor, mentee and expert perspectives.

The panel

Chris Murray: Co-founder and director of Perform Learn Develop Ltd (PLD). Prior to starting PLD, Chris had a background working in several senior management positions within IT, Business Transformation and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Sue Farrow: A mentor on the CRA’s platform with a rich CV! Sue’s last role was Vice President for Retail at Burberry where she worked for 18 years. Prior to that she was at Harrods in executive roles for 10 years, after a period at Bally Shoes where Sue started her retail career.

Sarah Rawsthorne: Ecommerce and retail manager at Renewal North West, a CRA member and a mentee on our mentoring platform.

Our platform manages the mentoring process for you, guiding and encouraging along the way, acknowledging that there are many different mentoring styles. You may want form and structure, or you may just want a regular chat on the phone. Mentoring is for everyone and the benefits can be huge.
