Nominations are open for all 13 categories, listed below, and we are waiting with great anticipation to hear all the wonderful stories about your teams and what you have achieved while facing these turbulent times.

- The Retail Employee Award
- Most Creative Use of Lockdown
- The Leadership Award
- Ecommerce Acceleration Award
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Award
- Most Supportive Chief Executive
- The Most Valuable Item Sold
- The Most Unusual Item Donated
These awards allow you time to reflect on achievements, contributions and those that have dug deep and inspired everyone around them. We want to help you recognise and celebrate the unique talent and the value that your teams bring to your organisation.
The WOW! Factor Awards
These firm favourites in our awards categories celebrate the endless creativity in our sector. Two awards will be given:
- Best shop window
- Best shop interior
