Job Description

St Clare Hospice is a charity that provides specialist palliative care to patients and families in West Essex and the East Hertfordshire borders.

Our shop in Buckhurst Hill is our Boutique shop, which sells designer wear. The shop is open 6 days a week and accepts a high number of donations each year. Supported by a dedicated team of volunteers we are looking for an energetic committed retailer to continue to drive our income forward while remaining at the heart of the local community.

You will be an energetic, resilient team leader supporting the volunteer and staff team to deliver the very best customer service experience to our supporters, donors and customers.

You will be diligent in daily compliance across health and safety in the workplace and compliance of Retail gift aid processing to maximise the income at every opportunity.

This is a great role for someone looking to develop their management skills further within a busy charity Retail environment.
