Booking for our annual flagship conference, this year entitled ‘Retail with impact’, is open! Taking place from Wednesday 14 (evening) – Friday 16 September at a new venue for us, Harrogate Convention Centre, the conference will bring together charity retailers from across the sector for learning, networking, access to a wide range of focus sessions, brilliant plenary and panel sessions and of course fun with your peers.

As a CRA member with 5 or fewer charity shops, you may be eligible to apply for a bursary place, kindly supported by Cybertill.

This bursary offers a 50% discount on the price of a full 2-day delegate ticket, so instead of £350 plus VAT you only pay £175 plus VAT. For this you get access to the whole of the conference, including our ‘Kudos to You’ drinks reception & evening buffet on Thursday 15 September and our awards lunch on Friday 16 September.

Bursary places are available to individuals who have not been to the conference before. So even if you have personally attended conference before, you may have a colleague who would really benefit from going and experiencing this fantastic learning & development opportunity. It could be used as a reward to a high performing shop manager or newly appointed colleague – who will get to immerse themselves in the world of charity retail amongst over 300 of their peers.
